Poco a Poco Foundation, a nonprofit organization, presents the real state index which gives information about how a city is growing regarding welfare to its inhabitants. This index is trained using satellite images and machine learning to identify different types of surfaces, such as buildings and houses built, spaces for construction, paved avenues, and access to nature. Today’s cities should have a balance between access to nature and buildings. We aim to give you information that will help you make better decisions and help public policy decision-makers and the construction industry plan for a sustainable city in the future.
